Why isnt my Samsung Galaxy S2 (android) rebooting into ClockWorkMod?

i have rooted my phone and downloaded CWM and flashed it,but every time i reboot it goes into stock recovery instead of cwm recovery even if i reboot through the app.i believe i have mounted the SD i formatted it then place the muiu zip rom on it,i have gone into phone-setting-memory-mount sd card.
