i juss switch fones wht u do is call 1 888 322 1122 and hit activate fone then hit 0 like six times then when the machine talks again hit 0 agin like six times he will send you to a human then tell them you want to switch fones but tell them they sent you the fone as a replacement fone the ll ask yu for a number like the serial number give it to them and they ll switch it it will b like 4 hurs for yur 3g to work but make sure u tell them it s a replacement
