Case is not too thick but seems to provide protection as I have already dropped the phone several times onto concrete from ~3 feet or so. Holster is easy enough to use and the screen faces in for more protection. Surface of the case has a nice feel and makes it easier to hold onto the phone. The case fits the phone well and is not difficult to remove if you have to. No interference with the keyboard sliding or access to any of the ports. Overall very pleased.
