I have a blackberry with ATT, and I just went out and bought the G1 android from T-Mobile. I want to keep the Android but stay with ATT, so I got an unlock code from Tmobile customer service today and unlocked my G1.

My question is- If I go cancel my service tomorrow (within 14 day return period) will they want me to return the phone/pay full out of contract price for it?

You will most likely need to pay an early termination fee. Now you may have to reconfigure the internet connection to work with at&t.

if you have a 2 years contract, then, no you cannot cancel your service.
