the title explains it all, but just in case.
I heard that the phone wasn't capable of apps being added on to it if they're not already in the Android Market in the phone, its that true? or can i add apps & music that I find online, cause i found a pretty neat site !

I don’t think that AT&T will block your music application. Why should they do that ? What is the point in doing something like that.
I think some thing should be wrong with your PC sync application.
Recheck the cables and Sync profile in your mobile phone. Hope it will work.
