I will use it alot not for really social things, but email and web need organization. I want something that is not laggy, (i dont know if that is possible) I want a phone that will be working in a year .... Is that to much to ask?

Android or Windows platform,
My husband had the htc touch pro from sprint and it was kinda confusing alot of the functions didnt work offend (like gps and the mp3 and it had a lag) ... but iam willing to try

HTC Touch Pro 2 definatly. samsungs have really bad touch screens and if you get a full touch screen then you are screwed if the touch is bad. and most motorolas are bad phones too
