Do I have to do something in order to have Apps (and music) download to the SD Card on an HTC Hero cell phone?

When I download Apps to my HTC Hero, they automatically go to the internal memory. Is there a way to get the downloads to go to the SD Card? I haven't tried to download any music yet, but am thinking the same will occur. What needs to be done?

      I think there shud be some settings(options) for changing the download location in settings. look for it.
