i have an android phone the Cliq by motorola and i have an old ipod touch laying around second gen so i was wondering if the ipod apps would work on the fone ?

No, they won’t work on it. Those apps will only run on Apple iDevices. Any other brand has it’s own system.

Nope. They only work on iPhones and iTouches.

they will not work…different languages, different files. Even if you convert the files the phone would still not recognize the “foreign” files.

No, Apple doesn’t like to share, anything. But a lot of developers have made the same apps for both apple and android.
