i was wondering if there would be any extra service fees if i upgrade to the motorola droid when my 2 year contract is up. right now i have the env touch and i don't have internet on it. i want my bill to stay the same and didn't know if you have to pay for internet to have the droid.

they didn't, my contract isn't up until another couple months so i didn't go to verizon to look at phones yet. i was just wondering so i knew in advance.

Once your eligible for your 2 year upgrade you can buy the phone for $299, with a $100 rebate — $199 after rebate.
In order to use the phone you will need a $29.99/mo data package which gives you unlimited web and email.
Its a great phone, I’m playing with one now!
