please someone help i have been looking at youtube but i was just getting too confused i need to know how to download it and how to extract the files to the phone and everything (detail for detail) pleaseeeeeeee help

Well, from what I understand, Android on the HD2 is just barely working at this point; in other words, it’s just a hack. In other words, if you install it, there’s no guarantee everything will work. I would wait until the port is more stable.
