I'm getting the Samsung Captivate as soon as it's released on AT&T. It's going to have 16 GB of storage on-board and I'm going to use most of it on music. But how can I do that? All of my music is on iTunes (Im replacing my iPhone 3G S).

You can transfer music from your computer to the phone. But you cannot transfer any music that was purchased and downloaded from iTunes because Apple copyrights it and locks it so that you can only play it on Apple devices.. There are ways of removing the copyright though..

The music you download from iTunes is drm protected. in order to play it on non-apple mp3/mp4 players, you need to remove the drm and convert the protected music to drm free mp3 format. the easiest way is to burn an audio cd in itunes and rip it back as mp3 format. Or you can get some software to help you.
I would recommend you follow this guide to learn how to convert purchase itunes music (m4p) to mp3:
