PLEASE READ!!!
I am currently with AT&T and I like there service, but I really want the Android phone. I just got a Samsung Mythic in December and it a good phone, but I just want the Android. Any tips on how to get this phone without breaking contract and or paying full price for the phone? I know someone out there knows!!

Actually, there’s no way. It’s a new phone. Buying it without a contract means paying full price. Ending your contract means paying the ETF. You can recoup part of the cost by selling the mythic on a site like eBay or craigslist.

Well you could call them and tell them the phone broke since you do have a one year warranty and tell them that this will be like your 4th replacement and ask if you can get a phone of equal value

You cant do that unless you buy the phone yourself.

The only other suggestion I have to offer would be to buy the unlocked version of the Android phone. I’m not sure how much that would cost you; if it would be cheaper to go that route rather than paying a full price at the AT&T store or getting out of contract with them. I am not sure if the site I bought my last cell phone from, Cellular-Blowout.com, offers the unlocked Android, but they always seem to have the latest and newest cell phones. I noticed they have some Android accessories so maybe you will luck out and find the phone for cheaper at that site. Hope this tip helps you out!
