My phone is stuck at the main screen and constantly being illuminated. The time hasn't changed since when it was stuck, no buttons work and I cannot turn it off by holding the red button. What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

take out the battery and if doesnt work call your phone company for a replacent. Hope you got warranty

If possible, try to power down. If not, remove battery and then replace and power back up. Many times when I have any odd problems, I always turn off and back on first because it usually resets it and the problem disappears.
