Am I not closing out apps right because I always have things in my setting that says apps running and gives me a whole list of things I haven't used in a while. I used advanced task killer and it got rid of all the stuff on its page but when i went back to settings it still gave me a list of apps running. How can I fix this?

So I reset it cuz it kept giving me untrue messages about my available space being low and stuff and wouldn't show me messages no matter what I deleted. So after I reseted everything I tried downloading apps and it said it can't download to phone storage or SD card! So please help me!

As usual the payment way is the problem, how can i pay for the applications, i live in Egypt and PayPal is not even working here.

I do not currently have a visa or a MasterCard, is there an account i can setup and transfer fund from my bank account?
