    • ]]>     I just renewed my contract with verizon but went through dell because the droid was only $50. I just received it but the box was not sealed. The phone seems to be brand new. It has a plastic over the front and back. I'm concerned it is refurbished

    Is the droid box supposed to be sealed and if is there any way to find out if it is refurbished?

    Hero is on Cellular south
    Hero's firmware is Android 2.1
    Hero's pc connection is on HTC Sync
    Battery on phone is full
    USB is HTC OEM USB For all HTC products from Amazon.com
    My Computer i a Dell Inspiron 6000
    I am running Windows XP
    Even though I am on 2.1, I can't run Live wallpapers
