i think in the drop down menu you should always have the play controls regardless of what skin your using. im hoping ice cream sandwich will sort this out

Android= iOS knock off
Android Tablets= iPad knock off
Chrome= Safari knock off
ChromeBook= MacBook knock off
Chrome OS= Mac OS X knock off
Google TV= Apple TV knock off
