@EhDoe5 yes you can upgrae but you lose your jailbreak and youll have to rejailbreak it and its alot easier now i just did mine simply go to jailbreakme[dot]com in safari on your 3gs and follow the instructions and itll jailbreak it without the computer…

@707V i believe you can jailbreak 4.0.1 from what ive read its no different than 4.0 just save your shsh blobs and it should be fine

@piggyz321 only on the newest generation of idevices (no 2g ipods and no iphone 3gs) but you just upgrade to ios 4 and go to setting and theres a wallpaper section your own wallpaper or ones they provide

@crankdatIRISH are you shift clicking restore it just resotre…..if its shift click then you selected the wrong firmware…if not then do what i did ( happened to mee too) just uninstall itunes and re install and it should work fine

@crankdatIRISH do you have a mc modell ? if you have a mc modell then you can’t jailbreak you ipod touch !
