Hi, How would i go about factory reseting my G1 with this custom rom on it, Do i just go to Amon Ra recovery and select Data Partion format, and will it still keep my custom rom on my G1 but it will be like when i first booted up my G1?

i did everything, and was pretty convinced once the little aindroids started popping up..then the HTC poped up..and nuthing else after that for about 30 mins, so i decided to take out the battery, rebooted…now im stuck at the g1 screen…what should it do!?? haha fuck

im running the cyanogen rom on my g1 now and am satisfied but i use my browser alot, does the flash support work well with this rom

umm but he did have a stock cupcake G1
just that he updated it to Donut not to recently.
nd idk how to downgrade nd then root. that’s where i get stuck. =/

Yeah, after the first boot, it will be a bit laggy. Just give it a while to get everything loaded and running.

Dont worry, it booted up, feels kinda slow though? is that right after first boot?

Hi, i have followed some instructions to root my G1, i followed ur instructions 100% and my phone is taking absolutley ages to boot, Its now loading at the ‘HTC’ screen, have i bricked my phone? I was able to acess recovery before it ‘trying’ to load up,

It can be. It’s really up and down, depending on what you’re doing. I prefer Dwang’s Donut ROM from my other video because it’s much faster and it’s stable.
