      My milestone XT720 only has around 65M of memory when I kill the tasks.. Quite sad yeah..

      Non-free memory is memory using the phone’s battery. I said it would make the battery life longer the less memory you are using.

      You didn’t actually say why would you do that. Android itself has automatic task manager. In general users shouldn’t be bothered with memory management.

      Oh, and free memory is waisted memory… :)
