it will only let me sync like 800 mb of music then it freezes.. Can u help me please?

It will let me sync every thing except videos. when i try to it just says sync skipped

i downloaded the doubletwist but it wouldn’t open the program and i never got to the point where i had to sign in(crate a user)

dude u are amazing thanks so much, this WAYYY beats converting playlists and such, plus it syncs the playlist onto my phone in the order i chose. BTW i did this on windows
