@Doggies4eva69 The iPhone has a capacitive touch screen, and your friends mobile phone most likely had a resistive touch screen, which is nowhere near as responsive, and can require touching icons multiple times etc. The HTC Wildfire has a capacitive touch screen, so you should notice no difference in terms of screen responsiveness.

Thanks for the hands-on review David!
Kudos to Telstra for starting to engage with their customers in a relevant, accessible way, like here on YouTube!

I really love watching videos where the person smiles a lot and seems to love what they are doing. I also love it when they have a lot of ‘life’ in their voice.

are telstra going to be offering a 2.2 froyo update? its pointless releasing this phone now when the 2.2 update has been around for a long time.

@Doggies4eva69 not sure about the screen thickness but it is well built little phone. Yes there are protective cases for it and more will be available soon. Not sure about the UI question its a matter of getting used to the different interface. Try it in a TY-life store and see. Sam

Hi i had an Iphone but had my fair share of troubles like dropping it at least once a mouth ( luckily only broke once ) so my first question is whats is it screen thickness, is it likely to break and do you sell protective cases.
second question is i find it anoying when my mate has a new touch phone but i have to press something twice or the phone isnt doing what i tell it to do ( basically it User Interface is bad ) is this a noticable step down from the iPhone’s UI and/or is it as equall.
