no it doesnt come with aim you have to download the app but the app is free…depends on wich app you add

You can get the phone without a data plan. You just have to pay full price for it.

There are a few AIM clients and eBuddy will allow you to chat with all of your friends on many messenger platforms like Yahoo, Microsoft Messenger, Facebook and more.

you CANT get it without an a data plan…so obviously your gonna have internet everywhere if you own this phone or any other smart phone for that matter.

If you want to make sure you have internet access everywhere, you should def get the internet package. Why get such an awesome web browsing phone without an internet package, right?
