@308mtndrew Sounds like an issue with the buttons flex cable. I would check the connection on the cable underneath the buttons and be sure it is fully in place. If it appears to be, check for damage, like a small rip that may have occurred.

@308mtndrew A few ideas are using some penetrating oil, such as WD-40. Apply it using a Q-tip to get the exact location and not have to worry about over spay. If that does not help and the screw becomes stripped, I suggest using a screw extractor to remove the screw, or use a small drill bit to drill out the screw and remove. These are your two easiest options.

@GarrettRomines This is usually caused by a connection issue. Have you checked the connection to make sure it is fully in place? Has the phone had water damage? How did the LCD screen display before replacement?

@SallyBrown281 Can you not hear any sound from the ear speaker? How about the loud speaker (speakerphone)? Sounds like a connection issue, I would disassemble and check for issues with the speakers, flex cables, and especially the connections to the motherboard. Hope this helps, good luck!

@Brandnom Double check all your connections, that is likely the issue.
