@americanoromano
Except they have a less-than 5% marketshare worldwide (90% windows), which has been dropping every quarter for the past couple years. Nice try though, just shows how retarded apple users are.

@americanoromano OMG just because it’s more popular doesn’t mean it’s better. It means that the common man is a fool. (I forgot who said that)

@CannibalTr0ll did u know motorola stock dropped 20% AS SOON AS STEVE JOBS WENT ON STAGE.. BEFORE HE EVEN SAID THE IPAD 2 WAS GOING TO BE RELEASED.. FAILLLL ON MOTOROLA.. THATS SOME PRETTY GOOD EVIDENCE THAT APPLE RUNS THE WORLDDDD

@americanoromano You idiot. Do you know that “apps” are the only thing the iPad2 had against the Xoom? And you do realize how easily changeable that is for the xoom right? NO wait, you’re an idiot.
January 22nd, 2012 at 1:30 am
@kinderadam 165,00 apps made specifically for the ipad… and 125 only made for the xoom.. ahahahahahaha
January 22nd, 2012 at 2:07 am
@AppleGnome hahaha.. obviously… the iPad was the FIRST tablet ever created…. i forgot apple always makes “revolutionary products” out of old ideas and calls it their own invention….. Oh and how do you like running the exact same os as something with the screen size of around 3.5 inches? very intuitive, huh
January 22nd, 2012 at 2:46 am
@kinderadam would xoom even exist without the ipad….? o wait, thats right it wouldn’t. u putz
January 22nd, 2012 at 3:20 am
@americanoromano and it would be quite sad if the ipad 2 wasnt better than the xoom…. o wait, thats right, it isnt
January 22nd, 2012 at 3:59 am
@M0stBlunt3d it is also unfair to people to compair the motorola xoom to an ipad 1 which every one does. pisses me off that ignorant people would compare 2011 technology to 2010. it would be quite sad if the xoom wasnt better than the ipad 1.

the most comparable iad to the xoom runs 729, and the zoom has larger, higher res display, front and back cameras, a more powerful processor, and upgradable for free to 4g when verizon makes their network available, all for only 800, BEFORE subsidizing it when the price drops to 599, at most your paying 70, or 100 more than the iPad, for less features, not to mention a cheaper wifi only version is to be released as well…. call me crazy, i think that sounds like an iPad killer
January 22nd, 2012 at 4:27 am
how smooth is web browsing? maps? etc? ipad so far i think has one of the smoothest experience , how this compares?
January 22nd, 2012 at 5:26 am
Very nice! Now we just need some Android tablet apps (which should be rolling out from devs shortly), speed tests and some impressions of using this after a few days.
January 22nd, 2012 at 5:27 am
@americanoromano are you an apple fanboy who supports anything apple makes or use your brain and think for yourself? the ipad has 4:3 ratio which makes it very hard to type in portrait mode while holding and despite it’s small 9.7″ display is larger than the xoom’s 10.1″ display and 16:10 ratio.

First, the only Motorola product that I trust is the walkie talkie. Seriously! Second, the word on the street is that the Xoom is an ipad killer. How could you kill an ipad with a Motorola product that cost $800? This is not an ipad killer. It’s an ipad alternative. An expensive one too.
January 22nd, 2012 at 6:33 am
@americanoromano iPoad 2 runs the same apps iPad does which have been in development for a long time.. It’s not fair to compare with android tablets esp gingerbread since the sdk was just released for devs…good luck with your closed source.. slightly rehashed sheep hardware
January 22nd, 2012 at 7:02 am
@americanoromano Thats because the Honeycomb SDK was just released 2 days ago. Wait a few days/weeks for developers to optimise their apps.
