    u should put ur email in ur description cause it took me a few dif trys to get ur email right, its blurry and hard to see on the vid. and cant u put the links in the description too? i thought u could.

    i go through this program and every time i connect the usb after the 3 buttons and the blue screen comes on, my computer will say “usb device not recgonized” so now what? its been frustrating for hours…i simply cant figure out how to make it work. the debugging and all that is off. please help! also in my settings it says your phone is currently updated and its running on 1.5 -.-

    @bassman6510 just google sprint samsung moment update download it was the first one listed, should be a sprint site. Click on more details scroll to the bottom and the download and drivers you need are there. good luck
