So.. I think i couldnt do it because unrevoked said it was “unable to root : is firmware too new?” im guessing the new update for incredible recently does not allow you to root with this version of unrevoked, i hope they get a new one. or maybe i can down grade my phone

I ran this on my Droid Incredible. Everything went fine until the Droid eye came up. The unrevoke program showed an communication error at that point and I do not have superuser. Any tips or pointers on what happened?

Does this still work with the most recent update? Whenever I start unrevoked and it reboots the phone it asks to install the new update. I am thoroughly confused
