   sorry i was kicking the box like i was a brazil soccer player . i was the one who messed up ya phone. i got terminated by fed ex the same day screw them and screw you lol

   this phone i dropped it and the bottom template broke off. so then i had to go ghetto and ductape my phone. just fyi this phone lacks some serious qualities.
   but also has alot to offer.
   overall rating……

   that bites….
   see i have a hero, and i just got it, but now im quickly converting to a NEXUS S. reason being the phone itself android wise is fairly good. but when you get to many messages the phone ceases to work, like im not able to delete ANY messages, and its S-L-O-W. whenever the messages stock up you cant even work the phone anymore unless you take it to a nearby sprint store. dont get me wrong, good phone in some cases. but also its not a sturdy phone whatsoever. the week i purchased

    I wouldn’t wanna buy a phone online besides we don’t do that.If we get a phone we go right on up to the sprint store so that way If you find it lookin like that when they give it to you can say this is messed up we need a new one instead of having to ship it back which takes a long time!!!
