Correction, this is the first touchscreen phone that can actually compete with the iphone.

the touchscreen cant really compare to the iphone, since the iphone uses a multitouchscreen, this is a singletouchscreen, so only 1 finger can be used at a time.. The software is definately nice though.. im thinkin of getting this when my current contract stops

Yes, very good. But I advise you to get one when they get it out of it’s beta so it works longer and it has less limitations.

yeah ajaar.. why are you hear in the first place? if ur a Iphone fan why dont u satisfy satisfy your self by shutting up. Nobody cares.. the G1 weighs more because of the keyboard.

The iPhone is lighter compared to the G1. It only weighs as much as 133g while the rival is 158g. iPhone can last up to 300 hours (standby) whereas the G1 only lasts for 130 hours. Again, one point goes to the iPhone.
